Description
The role provides mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering consulting for new and existing building projects across K-12 schools, commercial real estate, healthcare, higher education, and retail. Responsibilities include field investigations, engineering analyses, design and specifications, reports, proposals, construction observations, remedial design, facility condition assessments, energy audits, commissioning, retro-commissioning, and construction administration. The position works under senior-level engineering direction, coordinates with internal and external teams, interfaces with clients, and may mentor junior professionals. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, while two years of building MEP experience is preferred; the role also requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a Professional Engineer license within three years of hire.
