Description
Hermosillo is hiring a fixed-term MEP Superintendent to manage all installations on an industrial building construction project. The role supervises and coordinates MEP installations, prepares installation schedules, ensures timely and budget-compliant execution, and works with the MEP team on fire protection, electrical, plumbing, gas, compressed air, and air conditioning systems. The position requires a Mechanical-Electrical Engineer or equivalent, at least five years of industrial installation experience, team-management experience, MS Project knowledge, and preferably Lean Construction knowledge. It is based in Apodaca, Nuevo León, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and an additional Saturday shift, and includes statutory benefits, medical and life insurance, profit sharing, and a performance bonus.
