Description
Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person MEP Superintendent to lead MEP activities from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out across projects in Herndon, Manassas, Ashburn, Richmond, and Culpeper, Virginia. The role supervises MEP subcontractors and vendors, manages schedules and QA/QC, supports energy control and safety programs, resolves technical issues, oversees system start-up and commissioning, and coordinates with owners, architects, engineers, and clients. Candidates need at least 15 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems, including experience with data centers, stadiums, or other special-use facilities.
