Hourigan is hiring an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead on-site MEP construction activities for large, complex data center projects. The role manages subcontractors, coordinates with the Project Manager, oversees project start-up and close-out, maintains contract documents, supports scheduling and budgeting, resolves on-site issues, and enforces quality, safety, and emergency procedures. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, at least five years of commercial construction experience, strong MEP knowledge, and prior experience leading a job-site team. The position is full-time and offers a salary range of $118,000 to $201,000, along with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
