ARCO/Murray is seeking an MEP Superintendent to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing field operations on large-scale data center projects through the data hall fit-out and final commissioning and energization. The role coordinates subcontractors, monitors schedules and quality, conducts inspections and testing, maintains documentation, and leads trade-partner coordination meetings. Candidates need 5–10 years of MEP supervision experience, including at least 3 years on data center projects, along with relevant technical, safety, software, and leadership qualifications. The role offers a typical base salary of $120,000–$160,000, performance-based bonus eligibility, travel allowances, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
