Laland Baptiste, LLC is hiring an MEP Superintendent/Project Manager to lead the retrofit of multiple floors in active 24/7 hospital settings into secure, specialized medical locations for individuals in custody. The role manages complex construction phasing, stakeholder coordination, infection-control and dust-mitigation compliance, specialized security infrastructure, critical MEP shutdowns and commissioning, and dual healthcare and correctional regulatory requirements. It is an on-site position at North Central Bronx Hospital or Woodhull Hospital, requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of related construction experience, and offers a base salary of $145,000–$210,000 per year.
