DLB Associates is hiring an MEP Systems Integration Manager to provide senior technical leadership and cross-discipline coordination for mechanical, electrical, controls, fire protection, and supporting systems across mission-critical projects. The role oversees design, procurement, construction, commissioning readiness, quality assurance, risk mitigation, documentation, and client acceptance, while coordinating vendors, contractors, commissioning agents, and owner representatives. The position requires 75–100% travel across the United States, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or two years of hands-on infrastructure experience plus eight years of related experience, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
