Description
Arcadis is seeking an experienced MEPH Project Manager to act as the Employer’s lead for mechanical, electrical, public health, and fire systems delivery across a major hyperscale data centre campus in Northumberland, North East England. The client-side role covers MEP strategy, tender and supply-chain support, installation monitoring, energisation readiness, commissioning integration, handover, technical assurance, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution. The role requires experience in hyperscale data centres or mission-critical facilities, knowledge of HV/LV distribution, generators, UPS, cooling, process water, fire protection, and OFCI/CFCI integration, and the ability to manage contractor and supply-chain performance.
