The Merchandise Handler I supports receiving and shipping operations in a distribution center by loading and unloading trailers, operating stand-up forklifts, building pallets, staging merchandise, communicating problems, maintaining housekeeping, rotating through departments, and completing assigned productivity and quality tasks. The role requires teamwork, communication, safety awareness, attention to detail, and basic English proficiency; no prior experience is required, while a high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
