Five Below is hiring an hourly Store Manager to oversee receiving and organizing new stock, setting up and maintaining displays, opening and closing the store, managing on-duty operations, supervising associates, supporting training, driving sales, controlling expenses, and executing the market plan. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, at least two years of management experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts. The position starts at $15.00 per hour and includes health coverage and other benefits.
