The role oversees truck receiving, merchandise processing and replenishment, backroom organization, associate training and coaching, customer service, safety, compliance, and shrink-reduction activities. Candidates need at least one year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience, along with flexible availability, communication and organizational skills, multitasking ability, teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy objects.
