Description
Backcountry is hiring a seasonal Merchandise Processor for its warehouse team. The role involves packing orders, loading packages, reading and auditing labels, sorting inventory and packages, using automated packaging equipment, resolving inventory issues, and participating in team and LEAN activities. It is physically active, requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting, and offers three full-time shifts with hourly pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.00. The position is limited to a maximum six-month employment period, does not include benefits, and may convert to regular status based on business needs and performance.
