Description
Backcountry is hiring a seasonal Merchandise Processor for its warehouse team. The role involves packing orders, loading packages, reading and auditing labels, sorting inventory and packages, using automated packaging equipment, resolving inventory and shipping issues, and participating in team and LEAN activities. It is a physically active, hands-on position requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting, with three full-time shift options and hourly pay ranging from $15.00 to $17.00. The position is limited to a maximum six-month employment period, is not eligible for benefits, and may convert to regular status based on business needs and performance.
