Full-time Merchandise Department position at Elvis Presley Enterprises/Graceland supporting merchandise supervisors with training and motivating associates, maintaining gift shop appearance, handling guest relations, assisting with associate issues, and performing associate duties as needed. The role requires strong leadership, communication, detail orientation, ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision, merchandising math and pricing knowledge, cash handling, and availability for flexible hours including weekends, holidays, evenings, and overtime. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening, with benefits available after a 60-day introductory period.
