E&R is hiring a Merchandising Specialist to support store-level sales performance and product presentation across assigned retail locations. The role involves maintaining well-stocked and compliant displays, coordinating store visits, restocking shelves, monitoring inventory, supporting promotions, and documenting activities in the AT&T Workforce Tracking System. Candidates must live within the assigned service area, have reliable transportation and a personal vehicle, hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and meet company driving standards. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required, while one year of Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
