Description
TBCo is hiring an experienced Merchandiser to lead the Merchandising department and manage stock planning, sales forecasting, option and range planning, replenishment, markdown recommendations, and commercial performance across Apparel, Sleep & Accessories. The role works with Buyers, Designers, Finance, B2B, Marketing, and Warehouse, develops merchandising processes and reporting, and manages junior team members. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Edinburgh, requiring at least four years of merchandising experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and commercial retail knowledge.
