Lowe’s is hiring a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of associates and support store operations, customer service, safety, staffing, sales and margin goals, and in-stock positioning. The role may provide full leadership over a store, requires availability across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, and may involve occasional travel. Minimum qualifications include two years of retail associate leadership experience, three years in a fast-paced cross-functional environment, one year of manager-on-duty experience, Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to obtain required sales licensure. Preferred qualifications include a related bachelor’s degree, five years of service-associate leadership experience, additional manager-on-duty experience, home improvement retail experience, product-category knowledge, and experience with store computer systems.
