Description
The Merchandising Assistant Store Manager leads a team of Lowe’s retail associates, anticipates customer flow and sales demand, maintains store inventory and safety standards, and supports sales and margin goals. The role may provide full store leadership, requires availability across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, and includes occasional travel. Minimum qualifications include two years of retail associate leadership experience, three years in a fast-paced cross-functional environment, one year of manager-on-duty experience, Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to obtain required sales licensure.
