Description
The Merchandising Coordinator develops retail merchandising strategy by creating planograms, planoguides, visual merchandising displays, and store execution guidelines. The role collaborates with Buyers and store associates, generates sales reports, supports store kits, arranges fixtures and merchandise, and handles product shipments and display security. It requires a high school degree or equivalent, previous merchandising experience, Microsoft Suite and planogram-program proficiency, and flexibility for variable hours. The position is primarily office-based with a hybrid option after probation and requires lifting up to 35 pounds; hourly pay is $20.00–$22.00.
