The Merchandising Coordinator supports the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s retail operation by maintaining accurate product and inventory data, uploading and activating products, assisting with SEO, managing purchase orders, reconciling invoices against purchase orders and shipments, coordinating sample management, and resolving vendor discrepancies. The role requires strong data-entry, spreadsheet, organizational, communication, and reconciliation skills, with a primary Monday–Friday schedule and occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. The annual salary is $43,000–$50,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
