TJ Maxx is hiring a retail operations and merchandising team lead for its Cedar Park, Texas store. The role coordinates truck deliveries and merchandise processing, ensures receiving, backroom, signage, cleanliness, safety, and shrink standards, trains and coaches Associates, monitors productivity, supports customer service, and partners with management on priorities and training. Candidates need flexible availability, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, teamwork, the ability to lift heavy objects and train others, plus one year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience. The position pays $16.00–$16.50 per hour.
