Ernest is hiring a full-time, on-site Merchandising Manager in Commerce, California to lead a team of merchandisers and buyers. The role oversees vendor relationships, strategic sourcing, cost-saving initiatives, inventory levels, purchasing activity, and ERP-based process improvements, while developing and managing the team. Candidates need at least three years of purchasing, merchandising, or procurement leadership experience, a proven record in vendor negotiation and supplier relationship management, ERP experience, and strong leadership and analytical skills. The position offers a pay range of 90,000–105,000, performance-based bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
