Description
The Merchandising Manager will develop assortment, pricing, and merchandising strategies; manage supplier partnerships, SKUs, and business reviews; execute trade marketing and promotions; monitor sales performance, KPIs, market trends, and competitor pricing; analyze sales and margin data; manage the trade marketing budget; and negotiate with suppliers and business partners. The role requires at least five years of experience in merchandising, pricing, sales analysis, or strategy, with grocery, supermarket, or retail experience preferred, and offers a Monday-to-Friday hybrid schedule of three onsite days and two work-from-home days.
