Pavone Group is hiring a Merchandising Manager for a long-term contract supporting Mondelez International in the New York/New Jersey metro area. The hybrid role averages 1–2 days per week in the East Hanover, New Jersey office and covers the full lifecycle of temporary pre-packed in-store display programs, including structural development, budgets, forecasts, vendor management, project timelines, graphic design coordination, and sales material development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, at least five years of print or point-of-sale display experience, knowledge of corrugated print and display production, and strong communication, project management, and vendor-management skills. The salary range is $110,000–$140,000, with no relocation support.
