Quince is hiring a Merchandising Manager, Women’s Sweaters to own the assortment, pricing, and strategy for its women’s sweaters business. The role will scale the category, identify expansion opportunities, collaborate with production development, sourcing, technical design, planning, site merchandising, and marketing, and drive sales targets, customer ratings, return rates, and margins. It is based in San Francisco, California, with three days per week in the office, and requires 5–10 years of retail merchandising experience in the women’s sweaters category, preferably with luxury expertise.
