AWG is hiring a Center Store Sales Execution Representative for the Iowa City/Davenport area on a hybrid work model. The role focuses on increasing Center Store sales through shelf management, planogram execution, new-item selling, promotions, store resets, vendor coordination, merchandising recommendations, territory reporting, and member training. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or high school diploma, five years of grocery-industry experience, marketing or sales background, strong customer service and merchandising skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel 60–80% with some overnight travel.
