Description
The Merchandising Team Lead leads store merchandising execution to drive sales and customer experience through accurate product presentation, signage, pricing, floor sets, and visual standards. The role coordinates with omni, operations, and selling teams, participates in workload planning, supports onboarding and team development, and helps with customer service, stock replenishment, store recovery, fulfillment support, and asset protection. It is an hourly position with monthly bonus eligibility and requires flexibility, technology comfort, and physical ability to perform in-store merchandising tasks.
