Edenred is hiring a Merchant Category Manager to manage voucher product operations and sales strategies for QSR, CVS, and F&B merchant categories. The role plans and executes e-commerce promotional campaigns, designs voucher offers, coordinates marketing resources, monitors sales performance, analyzes market and consumer data, and collaborates with MAM, Sales, Marketing, Product, and merchant teams to achieve revenue targets. Candidates need at least five years of experience, including three years in relevant e-commerce, retail category management, e-voucher operations, promotional planning, or digital marketing, along with English and Mandarin proficiency.
