Description
Xendit is hiring a Merchant Operations Analyst to review and process merchant KYC profiles, assess merchant eligibility, gather documentation, and support payment channel activations. The role coordinates with Compliance, Risk, Product, Sales, Partnerships, and external partners to resolve onboarding and activation issues, maintain compliance and quality targets, and improve processes. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 1–3 years of customer-facing or similar experience, strong English and Thai fluency, and Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency; fintech or banking operations experience is preferred.
