Description
Merciv is hiring a senior backend engineer to build and scale the core systems powering its agentic infrastructure for enterprise commerce. The role owns features from architecture through production, including Go and Python backend services, data ingestion pipelines, APIs, predictive-model production, reliability, observability, and performance under load. The engineer will collaborate with ML/AI, product, and design teams, shape architectural decisions, and mentor engineers. The posting requires 5+ years of backend engineering experience, proficiency in Go and/or Python, distributed systems knowledge, SQL and NoSQL database experience, and production Kubernetes experience.
