Description
CHAOS Industries is hiring an M&A Integration Manager to own post-signing integration planning and execution across Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, HR, Engineering, and other functions. The role will build and run a standard integration playbook, track synergies and cost and revenue assumptions, manage integration risks and post-close diligence findings, and ensure negotiated deal terms are delivered. The position requires at least six years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong executive communication skills; defense or aerospace experience is preferred. The role offers a base salary of $150,000 to $170,000, fully paid medical, dental, and vision benefits, and additional benefits.
