The role installs and configures MES modules, performs system tests, diagnoses software faults, supports customers with MES applications, and travels to customer sites for consultation and implementation. It requires a degree in information technology, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, at least three years of experience in application, automation software, or control engineering, knowledge of MES and automation technologies, scripting or programming skills, and strong problem-solving, communication, and project-management abilities.
