ABB is hiring an MES Backend Developer to support the implementation and maintenance of a Manufacturing Execution System in Juarez, Nuevo Leon. The role develops backend logic, services, extensions, business rules, and custom application logic; performs MES modelling and configuration; integrates with frontend, SAP, and IoT components; and supports testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of manufacturing or computer science experience, strong backend programming skills, and experience with discrete manufacturing and MES/ECS systems. The position is hybrid and requires availability for possible international travel.
