ABB is hiring an onsite Digital Platform Engineer in Richmond, Virginia, to deploy and maintain digital platform components, support integration and testing, monitor production applications and services, and ensure Service Level Agreements are met. The role also involves platform optimization, continuous integration, performance analysis, and recommendations based on data and customer insights. Candidates need 3–5 years of computer and data science engineering experience, manufacturing execution system experience in discrete manufacturing, knowledge of technologies including MySQL, Java, C#, .NET, Python, MQTT, and OPC UA, and experience managing physical and cloud servers. The position offers an annual base salary of $68,600 to $109,760 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
