Fortune Brands Innovations is hiring an MES Software Engineer to support and drive manufacturing execution system projects across Fiberon facilities. The role involves developing and implementing MES applications and hardware, coordinating with engineers, managers, supervisors, and operators, translating requirements into functional specifications, supporting testing and deployment, standardizing shop-floor processes, and improving manufacturing performance. The position requires 3–5 years of software development experience, a relevant degree, programming and application development knowledge, project management skills, and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office.
