Description
The MES Specialist will plan, coordinate, and implement MES rollouts across Lean Management, IT, OT, Production Planning, and Manufacturing; analyze production processes and workflows; support production with MES-related issues; maintain KPI reporting; manage the MES provider partnership; and monitor MES, IIoT, edge computing, and AI-supported production control trends. The role also co-designs a future-ready IT/OT architecture for a Smart Factory. Candidates need a technical degree or comparable qualification, MES/MOM and ERP–MES integration experience, database and SQL skills, strong MS Office 365 knowledge, UI/UX affinity, and fluent German with negotiable English.
