Description
A BTS is hiring a Master of Works to coordinate and supervise construction activities at a site in Nova Lima, Minas Gerais. The role leads own and outsourced teams, oversees construction stages from foundation through finishing, controls materials and equipment, coordinates with engineers and other professionals, monitors schedules and quality, and ensures safety and site organization. The position requires proven Master of Works experience, solid team-management experience, knowledge of construction processes, leadership and problem-solving skills, and availability to work on-site. It is a CLT contract, fully onsite, with an expected start date of immediately.
