Activate Group is hiring a permanent, full-time MET Technician at its AAR Hampton site to dismantle and reassemble accident-damaged vehicles according to manufacturers' specifications. The role involves removing damaged components, refitting replacements, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition, reporting faults and materials used, and meeting repair-time targets. Applicants need ATA or NVQ level 3, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, health and safety, time-management, and relevant repair-technician experience.
