The role oversees fabrication personnel, production planning, workflow, quality control, equipment and maintenance, safety, employee development, KPI reporting, and coordination with project management, engineering, production, quality, procurement, and other departments. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of metal fabrication or related manufacturing experience, and at least three years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing or industrial fabrication environment.
