NaturalPoint is hiring a temporary Metal Finishing/Sandblasting technician through a temp agency to support its machine shop team. The role involves washing and drying aluminum parts, sandblasting, polishing, graining, packaging, deburring, material preparation, saw cutting, shop cleaning, and quality control. No prior experience is required, although metal finishing and general machine shop experience are preferred; candidates should be self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, able to stand for up to eight hours, and able to lift 50 pounds.
