The role involves sandblasting metal parts in a sandblasting booth, preparing them for painting through masking, puttying, and sanding, inspecting and correcting surface quality, and maintaining the equipment. It requires vocational training in the metal sector, willingness to work a two-shift schedule, and independent, solution-oriented teamwork; forklift and powered-cranee licenses are desirable.
