Pracht & Pracht Personal Consulting GmbH is hiring a temporary Metal Helper/Production Assistant to support metal-plate manufacturing and production operations. The role involves operating machinery, packing cut-to-size parts, loading and unloading trucks, manufacturing metal plates, and performing general helper tasks. Applicants must have German language skills, a forklift operator’s license, physical resilience, technical and manual skills, and spatial ability. The initial schedule is 06:00–14:30, with shifts also available from 14:30–22:00.
