The role covers installation, qualification, troubleshooting, process optimization, DOE design and analysis, root-cause analysis, customer and field-team collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and 3–10 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, equipment support, or advanced packaging, with PVD, EP, and platform experience preferred.
