The Metal Production Assistant will support the operation and monitoring of production systems in an industrial manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include operating and loading equipment, processing production orders, monitoring machining processes, checking component quality, performing tests, documenting work, cleaning machines, and supporting simple maintenance. The role requires basic technical understanding, reliable and structured work, good German skills, willingness to work in a possible two-shift operation, and strong quality awareness; production, manufacturing, or machine-operation experience is an advantage.
