Description
The employer is recruiting a technical operator for an automated aluminum and stainless-steel slitting line in Genk. The role involves setting up, operating, monitoring, maintaining, and converting the production line; detecting and resolving problems; recording measurements; performing quality inspections; receiving coils; and packing and weighing finished goods. The operator will receive training on overhead cranes and forklifts, work 38 hours per week across two shifts, and may work occasional overtime. Compensation starts at a collectively agreed wage of 17.1244 plus a shift premium, with meal and eco vouchers, and a permanent contract may follow after a successful temporary period.
