Description
Micron Technology is seeking a senior Process / Equipment Engineering Lead for semiconductor manufacturing. The role leads process and equipment engineers, drives yield, cycle time, cost, equipment reliability, and process stability, executes continuous improvement, supports technology transfer and site expansion, and collaborates with production, quality, industrial engineering, and global teams. The position requires 5–10+ years of semiconductor process or equipment engineering experience, wafer fab or OSAT experience, team leadership experience, and strong cross-functional communication skills.
