Agnico Eagle is hiring a Senior Metallurgist for its Macassa Mine Process Plant Department. The role oversees metallurgical laboratory and operations testing, electrowinning and gold-pouring activities, sampling, process surveys, mill metallurgical accounting, refinery settlements, and technical support to mill and lab operations. The position requires a degree in metallurgical or chemical engineering or an equivalent qualification, five years of gold-metallurgy experience, supervision experience in mining process-plant operations, and eligibility for refinery security clearance. It follows a 7/7 schedule with schedule flexibility for testwork and projects.
