Description
Agnico Eagle is hiring a Metallurgy Engineer to report to the General Supervisor, Metallurgy, and oversee daily metallurgical and process-plant operations at the Meadowbank Complex. The role covers process performance, equipment reliability, control-loop optimization, automation, reagent and consumable optimization, data analysis, technical troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in metallurgy, mineral processing, chemical engineering, or a related technical field, at least five years of metallurgy or mineral-processing experience, and expertise in operational optimization and process automation. The schedule is 10 days of work followed by 10 days for transportation and rest, with accommodations and meals provided on site.
