ANSER is hiring a Metallurgy Analyst to support the Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) program within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Industrial Base Policy. The role focuses on critical minerals and materials, industrial-base supply-chain risk mitigation, investment and prototyping recommendations, acquisition and program feasibility analysis, budget and project execution monitoring, stakeholder engagement, site visits, and preparation of senior-level analytical and communications products. The position is contingent upon contract award and may be performed onsite in Arlington or Alexandria, Virginia, or via telework within the National Capital Region.
