Description
The Metalworking Operator processes aluminum profiles and slats from order forms and technical drawings, prepares materials in the production buffer zone, sets and monitors milling, sawing, and louvre machine parameters, performs quality checks, and manually finishes components. The role requires a technical background or ability to read technical drawings, attention to detail, physical work, accuracy, stress resistance, and a fixed two-shift schedule; prior experience is a plus but motivation and eagerness to learn are emphasized.
